This 3 Bedroom Beach House with a pool is just steps away from beautiful Werri Beach.

The property has a wonderful outlook to the ocean and the walking track which is always busy, and is located in a prime spot for alfresco enjoyment & people watching in the lovely flat section right in the middle of the beach.

Everything needed for the perfect South Coast beach break is here. Bring your family, or just your partner, as the house works equally well as a premium location for a couple. The open plan design of the upper floor with large lounge, dining area, gourmet kitchen, 65 inch TV and built in sound system is set up for maximum enjoyment.

Do as little or as much as you like, all the options are here.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with ensuite and walk in wardrobe with ample space.

Bedroom 2 has a Double bed with built in mirrored wardrobes. A pull out single mattress is located in this room underneath the bed.

Bedroom 3 Queen size bed with built in mirrored wardrobes.

The lounge room/kids retreat downstairs has a 2.5 seat sofa bed.

Linen and beach towels are all provided.

The bathroom downstairs has a nice sized bath.

The house has Foxtel on the main television upstairs, with all channels, including 4K. The kids retreat downstairs has a DVD/Blu ray player. Both rooms have Netflix on demand.

A collection of DVDs & Blu ray movies is provided for your enjoyment.

Overpriced and overrated
For what I paid for, was very disappointed. Had a microwave issue which was not addressed. Very upsetting that a simple microwave could not work based on what I paid for the property. I advised the owner, yet no offer to help or fix it. I ended up wasting money on food i could not heat up. Some rooms were messy and I had to buy cleaning products to clean dishes. Hard to find dishes, plates were all plastic and disgusting. Milk was provided which was curdled and I couldn’t use it. There was an open can in the fridge which I found disgusting. Please do not book this property, as it was overpriced and the owner did not care about my issue, as I would have expected it to be fixed or at least some refund. Took a long time for the owner to respond.

Picture Perfect
The house was in a beautiful location just opposite the beach .The owner was always helpful and thoughtful supplying extras such as welcome items of milk ,eggs ,wine and beer which were much appreciated. The house was a recent build and was well appointed with all amenities from iron ,barbecue , coffee machine , toaster and kettle all in clean perfect working order with the added luxury of a large tv and use of internet. The inclusion of a pool was an added bonus. Being able to bring our golden retriever and having a yard for her was brilliant. Werri beach is a friendly , scenic getaway just picture perfect. Thank you Trent we had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing stay at Werri Beach, your place is amazing and designed perfectly for a big family. There were so many toys/ games for the kids,will definitely stay again.The pool is private and the sound of the waves were all you could hear. Perfect Location for a family break
Werri Beach is such a gorgeous spot and we loved the location and all the facilities the house had to offer. Great Coffee, a pool and basketball ring for the kid’s, gorgeous view and an easy walk for all ages to the bowing club, Beach and Playground. Trent made the process easy and was very thoughtful in the goodies left for us to enjoy. The house is great and exactly as described. A really lovely holiday all round.

Good location, spacious house
Location good, overall a good house to share with friends and family. Comfortable bed, clean sheets good outdoor areas including pool. Don't want to be negative but was a little underwhelmed to find that the house is probably fully occupied, had to put clothes with owners, share a fridge with food, ditto the pantry. Issue here being it was expensive but that didn't equate to the house being in the pristine condition that would be expected at that price point. I'm not really comfortable putting this all down as the owner seems like a really nice person (via messages) thoughtfully left us some supplies in the way of beer , eggs, wine. I feel there should have been more transparency regarding the personal belongings in the house especially in the era of COVID.

Do not recommend. Terrible holiday - Unclean and Not Responsive Management
This property was a huge disappointment. This is not a holiday let, but instead is someone's home which they rented out over the Christmas break. It is not managed by an agent and therefore not to the standard of a professional holiday let. The issues: 1. The house was filthy. Food crumbs left on the floor, kitchen benches had the morning coffee stains not wiped down, hair throughout the house and the bathrooms were only surface wiped down and not cleaned with hair in the bath tubs. A cockroach ran through our bags and there was dust everywhere. 2. Owner management - We asked for the house to be professionally cleaned as we were uncomfortable staying in a house not cleaned to a presentable standard. The owner would not arrange a professional cleaner and advised its not a "hotel". We ended up having to vacuum the house, wipe down surfaces and clean the bathrooms in order to stay there. Not acceptable at all, particularly given the expensive nightly rate over the Christmas break. 3. Arrival details - We did not get a key to any doors of the house and only received a garage buzzer. You feel like you are a guest in a house which you are not privileged to have full access to. 4. Only one fan for an entire 3 bedroom house in the middle of summer - very hot stay. The upside is that the house has a pool and has great access to the beach, although Werri beach has large surf and not too kid friendly. We have been many times to Gerringong and believe the Cabins at Caravan park are a much better stay at a more affordable price. In summary, this is our worst family holiday. We ended up leaving early and forfeiting our money - this is the first time we have ever done this. Total disappointment.

Modern Duplex in Good Location
Great location, easy walk to the beach or the surf club for a great coffee. Good aspect to take advantage of the north easterly breeze in summer. A couple of pool lounges would have been good for when it’s too windy at the beach. The house is near new with great TV and sound system. Very comfortable.

Great for a family trip
The property was presented nicely. The host was nice and accommodating to us with check in. We were surprised that the two bedrooms were setup for kids and themed for a boy and a girl heavily. Which was no problem for us as we travelled with both a boy and a girl but may need to be more clear on the listing for others. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and a few places for coffee. Lots of nice added touches available to the guest in the house. Thank you.

Great house at the beach in Gerringong
We had a great time here...the house is lovely & new & it has everything. It's in the best spot right across the road from the beach. It was too cold for the pool but the fire place got a workout. The heated tiles in the bathrooms are a nice touch. The host was great & gave us some good advice on what to do in the local area. Will be back.
