Pet friendly accommodation in West Ballina

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

great central place to stay

Steps were a pain but not a big deal

Lovely property. Excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Cabin was like new. Highly recommend

Central spot on Byron Bay.

Older style motel but it was fine for an overnight stay. The food at the restaurant was really good , so we had a cooked breakfast to. Would go back , no problem.
