You have the whole house and backyard for yourself and your family.
We have 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
3 bedrooms are upstairs and they each have Split AC Conditioner and a ceiling fan for extra needs.
1 bedroom is downstairs with a big living-room space. It’s great for family get together, game or activities. It has full size bed and sofa bed.

2 electric fireplace(one by dining room and one in the living-room upstairs.)

We have a full size futon in one of the living room that can be use as a bed and it comes with USB ports on both side.
We put safety locks in some of the doors and cabinet door under the kitchen sink to be safe for little ones.

Lots of beds
Rental had adequate beds for our party and met our needs, we found the kitchen was lacking in cookware. We picked listing for location to family members living in Utah.

Great location, quiet and convenient
Listing needs to be updated as there was NOT a sofa bed in the main living area. This was needed as we had one adult that could not use the stairs. Family was very glad we had a place we could all stay together. We were there for my mother's funeral. There were not enough towels for everyone. Even with the few extra in the linen closet. Nor was there enough toilet paper for the three days we were there. I would stay there again if the need arose.
