Very nice pool/hot tub space. Large dining area for breakfast and lovely selection. Dining area was kept very clean. Large exercise room, wish I had time to use it.

I book my room at 8th Nov for 9th - 11 the Nov with option (Pay at Property). My family have huge craze to visit kelowna. But our car broke down near Abbotsford and we hardly reach back home late night & we ask this Hotel to reschedule our booking because we "never reach at property". But this Hotel "Fairfield kelowna" charged all booking amount to us (even without present in Kelowna). My friends & family travelled world but this is worst. PAY MONEY WITHOUT FOOD or MEDICINE or WATER or........ Shame!!!!!

We loved the pool, the friendly staff, Hannah at the front desk was amazing fun and had great suggestions including trying the slide at the pool. We had a blast and yes i did try the slide haha

100% good!
The service was great, from front desk to helping us fix our tv and bring extra blankets for our son. We arrived late and my son wanted to go to the pool so bad after kid hours, they let us for 20 mins as there were no adults yet. Breakfast was great! Atmosphere was clean, and friendly! We got a king room w/ pull out couch and it was a good size room with two tvs for mom and dad and our son to watch his own show! Honestly have absolutely nothing bad to say! My new fav spot, will look forward to trying all Fairfield in the future! Thanks for the great stay Fairfield west Kelowna!

Booked hotel for the children pool area. It was ice cold water, to the point that my child was shivering within a couple minutes of playing in it. Room cleanliness was lacking, floors clearly not vacuumed as there was large crumbs and toe nail clippings on the couch and floor. Room service came in to clean half way theough our stay. I could here the toilet being wiped, then could see them wiping down the counter. They only had one rag and no cleaner. I picked up lysol wipes to wipe down the room after the initial check in and then used again.
