After checking in online, we arrived and were told that they had bumped our room for a large group reservation. They paid for another room at a courtyard Marriott around the corner which was nice but it wasn’t as nice as we expected the delta to be. The staff at both locations were great but it wasn’t the experience we had booked.

The hotel is in good condition, close to the airport and about 7 minutes from tourist areas for dining and walking. When we arrived at the room, the door was open and it seemed insecure to me, so I requested a room change and we were given one immediately. I give it 4 stars because it doesn't have nice views. From any angle, you will always see the highways, and upon entering, there is nowhere to walk to nearby sites. That was the only thing I didn't like. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Noisy AC
We had a king size bedroom and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The AC made a loud thunderous noise and rattled when it came on and went off. It woke us up out of our sleep several times.
