The room felt damp, musty and smelled of mold. It was impossible to sleep; I finally got up at 5am, took a shower and packed up; the shower was the saving grace: plenty of hot water! The bed was actually comfortable, the sheets nice and clean, as were the towels - housekeeping did their job well! Only 1 small tube of shampoo/conditioner was provided, and the hairdryer didn’t work. I stay at La Quintas often, as I have dogs, and this was not typical.

This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many over the years. Between the absolute filth and smell in the rooms, this place should be shut down by the health department until it remediates. I actually switched from my original room to a second one, and consistently in both, I was afraid to even take my shoes off. I don't ever complain, however, this hotel was so bad, I've taken pictures throughout the room and will be filing a formal complaint with Wyndham Hotels as well. They deserve to know how poorly they are being represented.

Not the greatest place.
Very rough, very old tvs and broke down furniture. did not feel safe at all in the parking lot. Very out dated. Owner seems to pocket all the money and puts zero in to upkeep.

It is a little on the dated side. Could use a coat of paint. The door was hard to open and close due to a piece of metal on the door covering an older style lock. Front desk check in was very slow. Person might not have been trained properly, or computer was slow, but it was Thanksgiving day and maybe she was left alone.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet seat had urine stain on it and in the lid, thank God i always bring Clorox wipes with me. When we had to take showers, the water pressure was so low, it took us 10-15 extra minutes to get washed up. The big curtain in the room has mold in it, the wall around the tub has mold in it. I know it’s a cheap hotel but it can be clean and smell good at least. The water in the the sink wouldn’t go drain on my 2nd day, i reported it but the guy said that he’ll have to move me to a different because his manager was out for the weekend. I didn’t change room because i only had one night left anyway. The cleaning team needs to do better. Y’all need some good remodeling done.

Location was great. Room was ok. Beds and bedding were comfy and clean. Bathroom was terrible. Tub was cracked, chipped and the ceiling in the bathroom had black mould on it. Front desk was not friendly at all. No greeting, no please/thank you, nothing.

Called the day before for airport Shuttle from airport and was advised to call upon arrival. Call Sunday upon arrival to be informed the airport Shuttle was only available Monday to Friday. I had to take an Uber....where is my refund. Inconvenience.
