Do not Use Hilton “INN” ( The Hilton name misleads
This hotel is dirty. The refrigerator in one room was unaccessable due to a broken cabinet door with a rat hole in the wood being wedged shut, with my food blocked inside. There was a burn mark about 8inches long and 4inches wide on the wall backsplash above the nightstand. Long hairs in one of the shower towels. My next room after demanding a change had a frig that didn’t work and spoiled my food. The carpets are just nasty. They charge extra for breakfast. Ugly, dirty bed box springs are left exposed to view. Gives you the creeps.

Hilton is my go to for accommodations. Made a reservation for a quick 1 night stay. With the Hilton app during check in you can choose your room and activate the mobile key card. The mobile key card didn’t work and they had to switch my room from the one I chose because my chosen room was not ready. And I arrived to check in over an hour after check in time. The room was not wiped down. The tables and furniture visibly had sticky dried up liquid. The rack where they put the towels on must not be cleaned regularly because all of the towels had black stains on them. The bathroom sink was backed up. Took forever to drain. I thought check out time was 11 which we left before 11am but someone knocked on my door right before 9am to ask if we were checking out. It took me sometime to get out of bed to answer so she ended up using her key card to enter my room without acknowledgment. This is unacceptable. If my reservation clearly indicates that I’m checking out on that day, why are you knocking on my door several hours before and entering my room without permission. When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk during check out, he shrugged his shoulders. Barely giving me eye contact as I was talking to him. Also, the rooms look nothing like the picture. Huge disappointment and probably will not be returning.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room was 76 degrees and couldn’t get it to cool. Told they would send someone up to look at and never showed up. The entire building smelled like marijuana.

The hotel is fine. Our room is not okay. We found hair on the bedsheet. We asked the front desk for cleaned sheet. Staff is friendly. The room cleaners should changed all sheet after each used. It was unacceptable.

. We were in the area to attend a birthday celebration, and the location was very convenient for our short trip. The availability of breakfast was an added benefit, especially the good service and pleasant staff. One area for improvement is housekeeping; They were short staffed and only offered every other day.
