Amazing Ocean Front 2 Story Home, Steps Away From The Water

The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and a miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breathtaking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. In the summer time you are in all the action with a fun and busy beach. In the off season it is private, peaceful, and has stunning, sunrises and sunsets.

The Beach House comfortably accommodates six people and has a sofabed that could accommodate 2 others. The house has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1000 sq ft second level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining as it extends onto a 20 ft upper deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This living space includes state of the art appliances. A stove, dishwasher, Stainless steel double door over sized fridge, extra large wine cooler, and well stocked kitchen make you feel as if you were in your own home. There is even a massage chair.

The ocean level sports 3 bedrooms, and outdoor shower area. There are 2 master suites with remodeled baths. The 3 bedrooms each have private baths.. The middle master has a deep jacuzzi tub, television, separate stand up shower and bidet. To get to the front master bedroom you can walk through the middle master bedroom or access it through the 2 doors on the beach.

3 decks offer comfortable seating and tables on each. (Unless climate and weather do not permit) An interior spiral staircase allows access to the ocean and the upper level. Televisions on each level allow for easy entertaining, or time to yourself if you require it. Wrap around ocean front and ocean view windows on both levels will give you incredible, well deserved views from sunrise to sunset, and will create memories to last a lifetime.

Please note there are many entrances in and out of the property. There are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the upper level. One set of stairs is a spiral staircase which is located inside and is not suitable for all people. The outside staircase is suitable for anyone who can go up and down stairs.

Please look at the calendar for available dates before trying to book. My Calendar is up to date. I do not book more than 1 year in advance. We are following the CDC and WHO organization guidelines for cleanliness. Bed Linens and towels are provided.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Xmas on the beach
The property was perfect for our vacation with amazing views. I was born & raised in Westerly but moved away. My family still lives in the area & my husband’s lives about 1-1/2hrs away. We flew in to spend Xmas w/our family & hosted Xmas day at the house. It was just what we needed. Big open floor plan, beautiful view of the beach & family. Also Cynthia was amazing!! She put up a tree for us, answered any questions we had, took care of emptying the trash/recycling when full & even let us extend our stay a day!! We couldn’t have had a better host. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

A nice peaceful stay
We had a wonderful stay. It was out of season so the neighboring hotels were closed/empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the door. We especially enjoyed the large open living area and the proximity to the beach (literally right on it).

A Piece of Paradise
This house is on the beach so you hear waves crashing continuously, as long as you leave the windows open. My entire family enjoyed every minute in the beach house. We were very content staying at the house the whole week and didn’t even go to a restaurant which is unlike us. What a beautiful week. Thank you to the owner, Cindy! She was great as well. Everything was PERFECT!

This property is in a prime location just feet away from the Atlantic Ocean on Misquamicut Beach. The main bedroom sits on the first floor and has large windows overlooking the ocean. We would crack open the windows at night and sleep to the sound of the rolling waves--it was divine! The property is very clean, well outfitted, and very quiet. We were there in the off-season (which is what we prefer), so the beachfront was very quiet other than an occasional person walking their dog in the morning. I'm sure it's a little more animated in the summer if that's your thing. The owner was exceptional and gave us some great tips for places to eat and places to visit. Even in the off season there were many incredible restaurants in Westerly, RI and Mystic, CT. Don't miss the Cooked Goose for breakfast or lunch, which is a short 4 minute drive away from this beach house (rumors are that Taylor Swift has frequented this gem). This property is a solid 5/5 and we would stay here again without hesitation!

Amazing mini winter break
We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The two masters were ideal, plus the 3rd bedroom each with its own bathroom. The teens had their own space. Well situated location with a short drive to Mystic or Stonington. The sunrise each morning was amazing and falling asleep to the waves crashing gently on the shore was very soothing. Can't wait to return in the summer!

Great time at the beach
The house was well set up for a relaxing beach vacation, very welcoming and comfortable. Kitchen had a good assortment of cooking and serving dishes. We used the outdoor steps to get to the bedrooms a lot and had no problems. The outdoor shower was fabulous after swimming. Proximity to the beach can't be beat. The outdoor bar next door was a little loud one night, but pretty quiet the rest of the visit. Overall a wonderful place, highly recommended.

My family truly enjoyed staying at Cindy’s house. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and one infant. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The location can’t be beat with being right on the ocean, and two bars on either side of the house. Highly recommend!

The best summer memories
This place isn’t just a house, it’s a vibe. It was perfect for our littles with the fenced in beach area and the waterfront RIGHT THERE. Any parent who’s lugged beach stuff from the parking lot will absolutely appreciate this location. Even though the weather was hot, the house stayed cool with the various AC options. Everyone slept well and they were easy to use. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Cindy was very responsive (and super sweet). Family vacations can be stressful but this one was just the best.

This property speaks for itself. This house will feel like your home as soon as you unpack. It has everything you could need - so don’t overpack! From linens to beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was completely stocked. There’s plenty of room to spread out. And the views- AMAZING! As far as Cindy, she couldn’t be more receptive! Any question I asked was met with a quick response. She has taken great care of the property and is so attentive to detail, thinking what a guest could want/need. Everything is well maintained. I can’t say enough about how much we loved our short stay here and how great Cindy was to work with. I have been wanting to reserve here for years and thankfully someone canceled! I had an opportunity to enjoy a truly unforgettable beach vacation with my husband, children and grandchildren. I could go on even more but do yourself a favor and book this property and see for yourself! You won’t be sorry. I look forward to another stay next year- only longer!

A Wonderful Beach Getaway
A wonderful time was had by all. It was a great weekend at this property. It's beautiful; it's steps from the beach, very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and very clean. Even rainy days are beautiful from the upstairs spacious living area with expansive view of the beach through the front sliders. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.
