Close of Edmonton, very quiet and friendly service at all establishments. Good variety, a pool would of been nice at the resort for future interest. Really enjoyed the antique store, Backstreet few kms away. Never explored the trails or the lake, perhaps another trip in the summer.

Normally the Village at Pigeon Lake is an ice cream destination and bathroom break while cycling in the area. Needing a room, the hotel is doing well considering its relative isolation. Starting to show its age a wee-bit, this made up for a great staff.

I really enjoyed the grounds, nicely kept with a small village vibe. I was travelling for work and carrying a lot of gear I didn’t want to leave in my car, so the lack of an elevator was a nuisance.
