The place was beautiful. It didn’t like the hotel type at first but once you got to the room it was very nice. The bathroom could use some renovation. The towels were too small if you’re told and large person. I didn’t to see the entire place. I plan to come again and visit the pool and other areas. My husband were surprise to use a key to open the door. That was unusual but it took me back to time long ago so it was fun to use the key! The servers for breakfast were very friendly. The food was good enough. It had a variety of selection to pick from. I wish they had turkey meat as well for non-pork eaters. Check in and check out very good and the staff were very pleasant. The overall stay was very good.

Felt like we time travelled to an outdated bed and breakfast with loud shower and noise from highway right behind kept me awake til I eventually passed out due to exhaustion. Big chunky metal keys from the 50’s. (Will be charged if you lost it) No wifi in room or at least my iPhone16 didn’t detect any.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a vacation road trip thru Massachusetts. I was pleased with my stay, especially the hot buffet breakfast and beautiful atrium lobby. There are a variety of restaurants at the plaza next door, all within walking distance so we didn't have to get back in the car after a day of sightseeing. I was disappointed that there are no laundry facilities. That seems odd for a hotel this size. The nearest laundromat is 5+ miles away. Be aware that there is a lot of traffic noise from Interstate 495 next door. Ask for a room towards the front away from the highway. There are some rooms with a view of lovely trees and it's much quieter on that side. Also, the rooms do not have microwaves, although there is one available in the lobby.

Clean but outdated

The hotel was clean, however very, very, very dated. As soon as you walk into the hotel you can smell the dampness in the air and old building smell. Everything needs to be redone and needs to start with the door access to the rooms. The room door are key operated, so it was a challenge not to loose the keys. The doors only lock by a lock you would put on a bathroom door. The rooms are small and with small double beds. Beds creak and not very comfortable.

Safe and convenient location to I-495. Nice rooms although used actual keys as opposed to electronic key cards. Access from parking lot was not as easy as you had to go through the front door because there was no key ard access at the side doors.
