The floor we were on was seemly under construction with a lot of carpet missing. It seemed odd. Room was nice and together. Tv and wifi had issues. Both constantly dropped signal. Breakfast was included and was good. Pool was great for the kids.

Overall the stay was ok.. not great.. our fridge was not working.. discovered after we had put some food and drinks in there... I pulled fridge out and realized it wasn't even plugged in?? We plugged it back in.. still didn't work..had to end up throwing stuff away that needed refrigerated.. the stopper in the sink went down and wouldn't go back up.. so we had water standing in our sink.. I called front desk.. was told maintenance had left at that time which was fine.. however when we went down to breakfast Saturday..I asked to have our sink and fridge fixed and was told they don't have maintenance on the weekends?? What hotel doesn't have a maintenance person available on weekends when the hotel is the busiest?!? They sent a worker up to fix it.. which she did.. along with our fridge that had been unplugged and completely turned off.. which also makes no sense.. at one point our toilet acted up but we were able to fix that.. breakfast was typical.. beds nice.. pool was nice but cold.. unfortunately the fact that they don't have maintenance on the weekends.. along with the floor outside our room was completely torn up as they are redoing the floors.. but would have been nice to be told our hallway was "under construction" I would not stay here again.. not impressed..

Moist rooms. Smell of mildew. Signed an agreement to not smoke in the room or else.....they put us in a room that smelled of smoke. Serious problems with air quality in the hotel.

The room was clean. However there was a faint smell I think coming from the carpet. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom So everything fogs up when taking a shower.

Great room but hotel being worked on
The room itself was clean & comfortable with lots of space. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Bathroom was a shower tub combination with body wash, shampoo & conditioner included. Blow dryer and body lotion included by sink with good lighting around mirror. Very good continental breakfast with hot and cold items available. Coffee available 24/7. Overall the hotel was being worked on so there was no carpet in half the hallway on the second floor and one elevator was out of order. The indoor pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature. There was one diner within walking distance but not many other places to eat nearby other than fast food. Altogether it met our needs very and when the work is completed it will be even better.

Staff courteous. Furniture in room showing signs of wear. Notified staff of huge gap under room entrance door that I needed to place a towel in front of it to prevent the hallway light from streaming in. Appears a dog may have chewed away at the bottom sweep. Breakfast was good with nice variety
