The room was very small. No drapes on windows. Furniture was worn and old. Only one chair in room No safe in room. Bathroom did not have water glasses. Did not have any moisturizer in shower or anyplace in room. I've stayed in nicerHOLIDAY INN'S. I do not recommend this hotel

The staff at this property was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and the Wegman's was a walk away so that was great. I was here for business with early wake-ups and was disappointed by the noise from the covered courtyard and in the halls at late hours on multiple nights. This is more of a leisure travel place, I think. To the staff's credit they addressed quickly one loud group in the courtyard at midnight when I called, but the noise issue was a regular thing. I will not stay here again when traveling to NY for business.

They changed my reservation without telling me, cancelled my second night stay, removed all of my belongings from the room and didn’t even call me. My stuff was placed in garbage bags and taken down to housekeeping. Terrible experience.

Everything was just fine. Quality breakfast. We encountered a smell of marijuana on an elevator one morning and were pleased it was gone the next time we rode the same elevator. Room was clean and staff was very courteous.

I was standing at the door and witnessed the cleaning staff entering the room at 8:45am using a keycard without knocking or identifying herself. When questioned, she tried to tell me that the "housekeeping" card was on the doorknob for clean towels, which was a lie. Prior to that, my room door was found partially closed after returning from breakfast downstairs. I did not feel my belongings would be safe if left unattended in the room.
