Bathroom was clean but small and could use updating. Had to recharge our key 4 times before the battery was changed. Stated 3 people in the room, and only had towels for 2. Had to ask for another set. The staff was polite and accommodating

I changed a reservation name with Amira on 10/14. She was very helpful and a clear communicator. She obviously has a lot of work as I could hear the phone ringing off the hook while she was helping me. It would be good of management to support her with more phone support. Once the name change was made I thought that would be the end of it. The replacement guest arrived and there wasn't a room under his name, nor was the original name found. We were double charged for the same room. The following morning, the manager at the front desk at 7 am on Tuesday the 14th of October after a lot of back and forth located the reservation with confirmation code and it was under a different first name (Charles when the name Amira put in was GLENN). The manager said it was Expedia that changed the name, which is categorically false. Expedia would not let me change the booking as it was 24 hours to check in time and instructed me to contact the hotel directly. I am disappointed that the manager needed to misdirect my BOSS. He could have called Amira for confirmation of our call and its details. I have worked front desk management with Kimpton properties, so I know how these reservations function. Please re-train your managers.

This Hampton Inn was very disappointing, the staff was friendly but the property desperately needs updating. We stayed for 5 days on a work trip, we asked for the room to be cleaned once but it wasn’t. The breakfast was very limited, not like other Hampton Inns that have a lot more options available. My biggest complaint would be how run down everything is in this hotel and the grounds around it, and be prepared for a very steep parking lot.

The bathroom was small and toilet was low. But it was well lit. Nice gym facilities. Breakfast was very good. Great location. Compared to other hotels in that area, this is the best one.

For $250 a night they did not have the continental breakfast every morning. The pool hadn’t been opened in years. The staff had to be asked to bring up a plunger six times a day. The toilet bowl would get clogged and half the time the staff wouldn’t show up. The place is very dingy and dirty. We are put in for daily room service and half the time they never shown up. This hotel should never be affiliated with Hilton hotels

Went for College tour. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Matt and Christina went out of their way to make sure our luggage stayed safe and secure while we went around town before heading to the airport.

The room was dirty. The floors were very dirty, wore new white socks in the room for less then 5 minutes and the bottoms turned black from walking on the carpets as of i were walking on the road. There was no hair dryer. The food was subpar. The room was supposed to be a king study size room but it was a queen size room that we received. The room it self also smelled like mold.

The sticker in the bathroom said there would be housekeeping, and for our two day stay, NOTHING! Debri on the floor outside our room. Room was cramped. Bathtub was very stained. Closet door wouldn’t close, stuck half open. Price does not equate with quality.

The Toilet that doesn't shut up
First thing we noticed that entering our room it smelled strong of urine. The toilet was constantly running so we had to keep the bathroom door closed so we couldn't hear it. The door wouldn't latch all the way so it kept swinging open. We couldn't get a new room cause they were sold out, so we dealt with that for two nights. The workers weren't really (on it). I heard one of the rooms had an electrical problem that was being occupied by an older woman. The lady at the desk was hesitating what to do because there were alot of people at the desk.
