I didn't like this hotel. The room was on the first floor. People upstairs make noice all night long. Never see any hotel with this much poor sound barrier.

Did not receive confirmation email. Called to confirm we had a room and was told we did not. We have been charged for a night there when we did NOT stay there. I understand being non refundable, but hard to stay somewhere with zero confirmation and being told we did not have a room.

The hotel was in great condition and furnishings were Attractive. I was very disappointed that our room did not get housekeeping services. Front desk said the housekeeping staff overlooked our room. Beds were not made and we had to go to the front desk to pick up towels and misc. supplies: shampoo, lotion, etc. Also when we arrived we were charged $79.00 in case of damages. We were told that it would be reimbursed. I am still on vacation and had not checked my bank statement. I hope the $79.00 will be refunded. The breakfasts were great!

Great hotel especially if you have small kids. Has a courtyard, a pool and attaches to a mall. The breakfast area is indoors but landscaped so that's pretty interesting. It does need to be updated as it's a bit worn down. However our rooms were clean.
