Excellent location, lacking a few essentials
Provides a beautiful view of the lake. Be aware that you will NOT have an oven. Also bring your own colander if you’re making pasta. We were not totally clear about the fact that the sleeping areas are totally separated from each other. You must go outside to reach each other. Owners were very nice & friendly. Road noise is fairly prevalent even during the night. Beds were comfortable and it was clean.

The property is fine. Unfortunately all three of our cars were ransacked!
Items stolen included an Ipad and numerous pairs of sunglasses. Initially, Vacasa seemed to try to help. However, when the local manager up channeled our situation to his leadership, they completely stopped helping us. There are security cameras on the property that Vacasa could have given us access to, and obviously this would have helped the police solve the incident. Also Vacasa initially acted like they would reimburse us for the stolen items but again disappeared. I highly recommend avoiding both this property and any property managed by Vacasa. We are still waiting to hear of any help after a month.

Great Location!
This place was perfect for our stay in Lakeside. It is on the water, but so convenient to the grocery store and coffee shop. We had our boat with us and we could fill up with gas right on the lake at the marina in Lakeside. There was plenty of sleeping space and the bathrooms were clean and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio, deck, and yard. The views from the balcony were beautiful, too! We would definitely stay here again.

Guest house was nice, but there were a few issues.
Clean and nice guest house. Plenty of room for our big party, but there were a few issues. No oven was a problem, but I drove up from Texas with my family so we were able to bring crock pots and other cookware. There were no directions on trash or hot tub. The downstairs bunk room was not connected to the rest of the house. Everyone in that bunkhouse had to walk around to the back porch and up the stairs. It would not have been ideal for younger kids. I would have liked to see some towel hooks on the doors in the bathrooms. That many people and no where to put towels was an issue. The breaker tripped with the microwave. We searched forever for the breaker. It was hidden under a Montana towel in one of the bedrooms on the wall. The basketball game did not work. Everyone was bummed. Overall we had a great time even with a few set backs. The house is not that far from Glacier and it is a nice drive. House is right on Flathead lake and has beautiful few of the mountains. The beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable and there were plenty of them. The lights on the stairs were dim which was a safety issue. A notebook with info would have been great. No privacy, No working wifi, No help available.
The listing says 6 bedroom, but it does not mentions that 2 of the bedrooms are completely disconnected and you have to get out and walk around the building to access the 2 bed rooms next to the garage. The rooms downstairs had broken door knob, dead bugs in the windows and on the floor. There is someone living on the property who likes to watch you from there window when you are around the bbq/hot tub area. We walked away for a few minutes and someone came out to close the cover of the hot tub. For our 2 day stay, our wifi never worked. The router is not in our rental unit, it is in the home on the property where someone is living. We were asked not to bother them. The customer support of Vrbo were never able to reach the people managing the property to resolve our issue during our stay.

Great Location, meh stay.
We liked the area. It was a great central location to Glacier, Kalispell, and Whitefish. Huge backyard for the kids to play in. Nice hot tub and fantastic views of Lake Flathead. We did have some issues with the property. First, the Sqft is not correct, not even close. It is closer to 1,400 -2,000 max. That seems like a huge difference between what is stated to what is offered. The cleaners did not dump the garbage from the previous guests at the main entrance. It stunk and had pizza boxes all around it. When we booked the property we were under the impression that the downstairs and the upstairs connected. We planned to use the downstairs for the kids and have the adults stay upstairs. To our surprise, the basement does not connect in any way to the upstairs. The only way to get upstairs is around the house and up a flight of stairs outside. We had to completely change the sleeping arraignment which was annoying. There is Wifi but only like 30kbs. We could never actually connect and just ended up using our data since it was so much faster. To top it all off the water was turned off one morning for construction and we were not notified in any way. Some of our party had to run over to the neighboring park to use the facilities. The negatives outweighed the positives for our trip, unfortunately. The location is great and for other parties, I can see this being a nice place. For 3 families with kids, it was rough. We were able to make it work but this was a letdown overall.

Excellent waterside crash pad
The property is beautiful, the hot tub is awesome, and the dock is super convenient and really nice as is the BBQ Out on the patio. The apartment itself is nice, well appointed, bedrooms are comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed our stay, the only notes are that I didn’t notice on the booking is for a place that sleeps 12 people there isn’t an oven and only a hot plate (thankfully with decent pots and pans) but with almost no counter space so it’s little inconvenient to make breakfast or anything before heading out to the water. All in all I would highly recommend, It’s nice and convenient and is in a great spot in lakeside.
