Check In was great. They didn't have Decaf coffee Urn out. I asked and they said that they probably were out. I was there 3 days and the Decaf urn never showed up. The place where you're supposed to eat does not look appealing and it doesn't even look like the plan on serving many people. I finally saw the pool and I can't believe they call that a pool. You lift your second arm up for a swimming stroke and you'd probably hit your head before your arm comes down. I don't understand how you advertise that you have a pool and the pictures taken make the pool look bigger than it actually is. The size of this pool is like a large hot tub. As far as the room is concerned, I love that they have extra towels in the bathroom, I always thought that they should have that so you don't have to bother anyone to get extra. The shower was great, the sink was a great size. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. You're telling me that when the cleaners clean the rooms they don't let the desk know that things need to be fixed? It didn't work well so we had to take the roll off the rack and just leave it on the sink. I feel they need to take more care in their appearance. Get a nice eating place that looks like you serve good food. I wouldn't sit in there to eat an apple. How do you run out of Decaf coffee? It's an option that you offer and people want to drink decaf especially at night when you want to have a cup of coffee but you don't want the caffeine. How are you out of it?

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, We were on the 4th floor that appeared to be a little older but it smelled and looked clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. we have stayed here a few times and it has always been a very nice convenient place to stay. We met family for breakfast so didn't eat at the hotel but it has been good in the past. Will keep coming back.

I was charged a $75 fee for my pet which was not specified on their site. Staff refused to allow a later check out or even give us other options. Carpet in the room was dirty. Also heard people intimacy in the next room had to sleep with the television on.

I liked the convenience (location). Close to everything where we wanted to go. What i did not like was the King suite being super small, 1 cup coffee maker that you cant even use your own coffee, The smell of old/mildew once we got to our floor(2),Smell in the room and on bed and couch was like a mildew smell. The noise of coming from other rooms joining ours(dogs barking) kids slamming things in another room, young people in hallways and outside at midnight being loud and fussing. After driving 12 hours one way, this is not what i was looking forward to.
