WICHITA FALLS
The staff was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and at check-out. Clean room, comfortable bed. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel while travelling through for business, and we will definitely stay again the next time we are travelling in the area. Good location, safe area, and plenty of places to eat around there also. Would be a good place for a family to stay and feel safe.

The hotel was very clean and well cared for. The staff were all professional and helpful. Our room was ready on time and had all modern conveniences (many places to charge phones, computers, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Wichita Falls.

We have stayed at Residence Inns many times before and were shocked to discover that this hotel charges a $150 pet fee. We had driven 10 hours and would have left to find another hotel but the reservation was non-refundable. It was a stressful experience and we won’t be staying at Residence Inn again.

$150 pet fee. Outrageous!!
The hotel was very nice and fairly new. However, charging $150 pet fee is outrageous. This was more than I paid for the room. Most hotels charge $50-$75. Read the fine print folks. I would have cancelled but it was a non refundable reservation. Front desk staff both check in and check out were not the friendliest of people but that is normal In today’s society.
