Hot water kept fluctuating in shower. Ran hot water long enough before entering but both my mate and I had hot water for less than half of either shower. After 17hrs driving a nice shower was expected for the price.

No hot water!!! At 4:15 am the person working the front desk talked to me as I got coffee. At 5:21 am, I called the front desk to complain because there was no hot water in my room. He told me it would take 20-30 minutes for the water to get hot. Why didn’t he tell me that when he saw me an hour earlier?!!! Why didn’t the person checking me in the night before tell me that?!!! Why are they operating a hotel without hot water?!!! I don’t know if the water will get hot after you ask them to turn it on and wait 20-30 minutes, because I didn’t factor that wait time into how early I got up for work. The building and staff were otherwise nice. No hot water and not disclosing the fact means I won’t be back here.

Hotel had just opened. Good location, pleasant front desk staff. The shower was a bit doofus to forget out but partly because it took awhile to get hot water. We believe that’s because only a few guests and we were way down the hall from where hot water heater is.

It took almost 15 minutes to check-in and I was the only person at the counter, or almost at the hotel. He ran my driver license and then my debit card. He kept looking at results on computer. It took so long that I asked him what he was doing with my cards and what system he was using. After checking in, went to dinner and discovered my debit card missing. I went back to hotel and asked for debit card, and he said he never had it, he only took my driver's license. I don't know of any motel that doesn't ask for debit/credit card for incidentals. I still haven't found my debit card!
