Me and family stayed for a day and we went to the room the painting were off the wall the remote control had no batteries . The fridge was broken.it just seemed they put us in a room that has t been touched in awhile.

Needs some TLC

I stayed for three nights. Pros: comfortable bed, turndown service, beautiful tropical plants in common area, Friendly staff Cons: “Breakfast Bar” was embarrassing. Unkept, unstocked and woefully inadequate. Went to check it out on two separate days. There was a waffle make that was not clean. Two cooler cases, one with a pitcher of milk and one that was empty. There was a cereal dispenser but I wasn’t sure how clean the milk was. One care had white bread spread out on the selves. There was a bowl with two packets of oatmeal. I tried the orange juice and it was very watered down. TV in room could only be turned on with the buttons on side. Sound quality was very tinny even after I adjusted the bass and treble. Bathroom toilet handle was loose and shower head was pulled away from the wall. Plugin on light fixture were very loose which made it hard to connect to electricity.

Dirty bathroom, would not stay again.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was not clean, as you can see by this picture of the hair in the shower. The water pressure was not good, and the water was not hot. The white towels in the bathroom were stained. Also, there was a piece of the metal bed frame sticking out from the bed. This is a hazard, and there was an injury from the frame hitting my partner's leg on this piece of metal. The bed was done up with linens that had cigarette burns in them.

Hotel is perfect if you have pets. Multiple dogs making noise. Room smelled of pet urine upon entering. Floor started gathering water under the bathroom sink when running it. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles.

The sheets and curtains had burn holes , food was left on the floor , hair was already in the bed, and the tv didn’t work. After calling trying to resolve some of our inconveniences no one ever even showed up!!

We walked 150 to 200 foot across a enclosed courtyard to our room in complete darkness, single lite at the end of the hallway. Our room was on the ground floor, when we unclocked our door the room smelled bad enough that we stopped, I saw black mold visible in a number of areas, there was a thin layer of water on tiled bathroom floor (dangerous ), the toilet was missing one the bolts holding it to the floor, the new toilet paper roll was soaking wet, with finger holes poked in it, Black crap and dirt flew out of the wall heating unit when it was turned on. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable and felt unsafe.

The hotel was not in a very good part of town. A lot going on in the middle of the night. Very loud. There were a lot of people going in and out that were very clearly not guests at the hotel, the room was okay, but the bathroom was very gross, and had not been kept up. The staff was friendly enough, but the place as a whole was not clean. Very dated, which isn’t a huge problem, as long as it’s maintained.

The photos included online are extremely misleading. The room was dirty, the furnishings were worn out, the TV didn't have cable running to it. The cold water faucet was not working in the sink. There was opened, used bar soap on the bathroom sink, and the coffee packet provided with coffee machine wasn't compatible with the machine provided.

Don't read a book by it's cover!

The hotel has been renovated with a tasteful decor. It was very clean. The outside front could use some serious attention. As I pulled up I was taken back and somewhat unsettled thinking, what have i gotten into. Thank God I was surprised with the inside!
