Disappointing hotel .
Check was fine. Arrived in our room and no water which is a given in most hotels. Just a basic couple of tea bags and coffee sachets. They did send two cans of water when advised. Also disappointing to have to pay a further £10 each to use the pool facilities. Pretty poor when we had paid £170 for one night

Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay

good hotel
was perfect for where we were staying. room was very nicely decorated and larger than average. wait time for check in was a lot longer than expected but that's because there was a big event going on within the hotel i think. lots of services we didn't use but overall a good hotel stay.

The hotel and staff were lovely We had an adjoining room and could here everything next door maybe her singing was good in her head but overall was a lovely stay The drink were very expensive as a paying guest maybe should be a discount

Nice clean place
Nice 2 night stay while I attended an event. Room was clean. Building was quiet. Staff, all but one were, polite and professional and attentive. Was out most of the day and was sick to death of sandwiches on offer. Wanted to get something from the restaurant my perogative, and carry to my room. The rude man behind the bar acted like he was in a busy fulll bar and customers all around. Was just little ole me apparently must not have looked like a tipper. Anway after his 4th act of blatant dismissive behaviour I went back to the kiosk and got a sandwich- at least that staff were polite and attentive. Would stay again but need to find somewhere to eat that isnt a sandwich and has customer service.

Hotel itself and the room were excellent (perfect for BP Pulse) However they are vastly understaffed especially at the bar. After waiting 30 minutes we still couldn’t get served! We were told to try room service, but after 45 minutes of continuous ringing we gave up!! Couldn’t even use the one vending machine as it was cash only! So overall, pretty poor!!

Very convenient for the NEC visited the classic car show over the weekend, short walk from the Hotel to the NEC. Buffet breakfast excellent wide variety of options. We will be using this Hotel again next year.
