"Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Venediger Lodge is a brand new building, where the Gasthof Neuhof was located in the very centre of Neukirchen. Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. ..."

"No one at property to deliver keys. Went hunting for any phone number to resolve key issue. No keys in lockbox. Beds not made (linens). Our first VRBO rental. Extremely poor introduction."
