This is an amazing property . Be mindful that there is a small mini fridge with not alot of room to store food . No microwave to reheat things you may bring back . Staff was great and very accomodating

There's property is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredible, friendly, resourceful, and really Pleasant to have so many people with great attitudes. On arrival we met Lysandra she's amazing, friendly, funny, and full of great effort to help me speak her native language, she's Dushi as they say. Angelo is terrific as well he knows everything about the island and has great food and activity suggestions.

Property is stunning. The hotel gives a tropical feel and nature vibes. Only downside is the room lighting but still a beautiful hotel. I will definitely recommend it for your stay.

Room was a liitle outdated, dark and not fully sealed from the outside elements. We had to kill crawling bugs almost daily. No iron in the room and the dark wood stain coupled with dim lighting and room darkening curtains made for a cave like experience. When the curtains were opened, anyone at the pool can see directly into your room so….you call it. Staff was nice and the location is nice and central to all the hot spots. If you use a real washcloth, bring your own, they don't have them. I had to cut a hand towel in four just to wash my ssa. Also, our “king” bed was two twins pushed together which still had the crack in the middle which didn’t make for good “couples time” or even regular sleeping if you know what I mean. It was kinda weird. All in all, I probably would try another resort on my next visit to the island. Kontiki was not that bad though. They just have some adjustments to make.

Beautiful resort

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The luxury suites was top tier. Everyone was so nice and friendly too. My favorite was the private pool. I wish I could stay forever!

Nothing unique. The beach is clean and water clear. The beach was the best part of our stay. We were aware it was not all inclusive, but having to pay for literally every little thing was a complete turn off (beach towels, water at the restaurants, refills, late checkout, etc.) We paid for the VIP suites and we lead to believe we did not have to pay extra for certain amenities and we ended up having to pay for everything we touched. $25 for a towel. $75 for late checkout. $9 for water at the restaurants. And BTW you HAVE to make a reservation or you will be turned away to eat. The staff was not accommodating or helpful when asked questions. We only had hot water 1 day in our suite and it never got fixed. You are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the airport or anywhere you want to go, do not depend on the front desk for help. We felt like they were lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs. We actually felt that way about Curacao in general. For the prices on the island and the atmosphere, it’s not a place we’ll be vacationing to again. There are far better beach vacations out there. Don’t stay here!

I was transfered from one room to another because the bathroom shower was leaking from the room up above. Moved to a new room same thing I told managment about it but nothing was ever done. I had a Nippiebye box that I had on a shelf which O placed a a 14k gold heavy chain that I have I had for over 35years. It was never returned to me I didnt realize I didnt hsve it until I was ready to leave to go back home so I was out about 200.00 very disapppointed someone took that, and didnt turn it in. I spent alot of money to stay their.
