The room service is terribleC food never arrived and there was no answer, every morning the people of mini bar entered the room shouting at anytime, they open the door without knocking.

Very nice property, room and balcony view. The Coco pool bar played great music during our stay. Restaurants were ok, however we had to wait over 30 minutes for the seafood restaurant. Biggest negative was that there are only European outlets on the property. Overall, had an amazing time.

I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely quieter than the Mangrove but still very kids friendly especially for smaller kids (sub 5 years). Christmas dinner spread was very impressive in the selection and variety that was offered. Pool was clean and the water park had something to offer for all ages. Will definitely recommend.

Horrible experience, ruined the start of our trip
The hotel is fairly new, we booked two rooms for a family of 4 adult and 1 youth. Check in was terrible we got to the room and the rooms was set up for two adult, the second bed was not in the room, after numerous calls to the the reception, a bed was provided at 12am hours after check in. Second day, we were my 13 year old was discriminated against in the restaurant which was reported to the managers. At that point non of our party wanted to eat in the restaurant. The manager offered as a Will of good gesture to book us into the different restaurant, however the first restaurant we were booked in refused us entry as we were not on the guest so we went without dinner that night. Again this was reported to the night manager who offered room service for a sandwich at 7:30pm but sandwich did not come until 11:30pm. We spend us entire holiday leaving the hotel in the morning and coming back to sleep at night. Despite we paid all inclusive, we did takeout throughout our holiday. Room was not cleaned and there were plates left out in the hallway for days. These issues were logged with the hotel and to date no compensation was given. Another guest while we were they reported theft while we were complain about the hotels the service we received Daniel from customer experience and another manager were approachable along with a handful of staff member were friendly, however, some check in staff especially the lady that checked us in was very dismissive and unfriendly.

Its sold as two resorts but it's more like one resort with restrictions for one side. The pool was great, rooms were great, the beach was nice on the corendon side. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

I had an amazing time at the resort dining room option was limited to me because some of the restaurants you had to make reservations even when it was time to make reservation it was still unavailable so I ended up eating in the buffet many times. I felt safe. Food was not bad at all, staff was friendly. I just didn’t like that. They were no alcohol in the fridge. Only two Presidentes beers. I will still go back. It’s just the food was limited. I felt super safe. I was not sure about the beach and it’s not a repeat. It’s not adults only. When you book with the riff, you have access to the other hotels but i still saw kids around.

Excellent stay. The buffet restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal. We loved the staff, they work extremely hard in all areas of the resort. Our room was great and the resort was kept very clean. The location was just minutes from downtown fun. We have travelled to many resorts and this property is absolutely top notch. We hope to return again in the future.

The view was amazing and the people were friendly. The only thing I would recommend is the food need to be hit and kept at a warmer temperature. The housekeepers staff was awesome and kind, they went out of their way to accommodate us with our needs
