I booked a swim out room, but was VERY disappointed for paying extra for it. The view was of the parking garage. Imagine trying to relax on the terrace and having to hear all kinds vehicles driving through. Also, the cleaning staff made no effort to keep the noise down. Added to their squeaky carts, that were all so loud in the hallway. Not a good place to relax and get some peace of mind and alone time. Staff should be more considerate of guests

The check-in process was slower than it should be. Adjoining rooms were requested but we were given side by side rooms with no internal access. This was rectified later that evening. The compound is spacious and clean and is complimented by modern decor throughout the premises which gives a warm, welcoming, non-obtrusive feeling throughout. The main pool is fantastic but please consider a 10pm closing time, many guess did not appreciate the 7pm closing time. The meals at the main restaurant were excellent and added significant value to the all-inclusive rate. The housekeeping staff were courteous but need to do a more in-depth room cleaning. Parking is easily accessible There was a concerning incident outside the dining area involving rats. Unfortunately, there was no management personnel intervening to quell the guests’ concerns. The room service app does not function. The touch screen temperature control panel did not function properly in either room and made for a rather frustrating experience. Once set though, the operation was satisfactory. The hotel gym is good and houses a variety of equipment that should prove satisfactory for most guests. The waterpark was functional and uncrowded, which made for a great experience. In summary, a lack of management presence at the facility negatively impacts customer service. The advertised rate as of November 2024 provides excellent value in comparison to other nearby accommodations and I would certainly return on a future visit

This is a nice resort. However if you need air conditioning while you’re eating this is not the place for you. The beaches are rocky and hard to access. The restaurants are only open certain hours and certain days. The staff can be rude and don’t expect refills on drinks.

The Rif was incredibly clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was fantastic with lots of options. The beach wasnt that great but everything else was amazing.

Overall, the beach was beautiful. The pool was nice except the pool on the other side at the mangrove had a lot of algae and was a bit green. This is my first time in Curaçao, but I’ve been to other all inclusive, and the staff is way more friendly other places the staff wasn’t really friendly and didn’t accommodate you. It almost felt like you were annoying them when you needed something even though you paid to be there and that’s their job. The waterpark had some good waterslides. The food was overall pretty good however, the entertainment was a bit lacking. There was not much to do at night or even during the day entertainment wise. Overall, it was a good experience however they definitely are more of a newer property and need to understand more how an all inclusive works.

Excellent pool and many dining options. Beach is small and a bit rocky so bring your swim shoes. Service is uneven: 1)we were not informed of a planned 2 hour electrical outage the next morning at check-in, although a faded sheet on the desk in the room alerted you - if you saw the sheet and my friend's room didn't have the faded sheet; 2) rooms were not cleaned until 5 pm (staff shortage?); 3) staff forgot to register wake up calls although we saw the front desk write down our rooms and the time. Service at the restaurants was at times slow (staff shortage?). Staff was always pleasant and courteous.

Property is beautiful. Plenty of pool and beach space and chairs. Drinks and food were good but there wasn’t and in between food area/options if breakfast was missed until lunch. Room was sufficient, nothing elaborate. We ordered towels and room service twice and didn’t receive them until we went to the front desk. Also, the phone in the room didn’t have any programmed numbers so we had to go to the front desk for request. We also didnt appreciate the dog population roaming the resort and dining area. All in all the resort was great for the price.
