Our family will be back!
Very pleasant stay for a family of six. Great heated pool; we heard from others that it's the best in the area. Terrific, friendly staff. 24/7 hot coffee and welcomed flexibility for latecomers at breakfast. Definitely the prime candidate for our next visit to the area!

Best hotel in Williamsburg
Our family visits Williamsburg yearly to visit Busch Gardens Christmastown. We love staying in this hotel. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, especially the lady that runs the kitchen for the delicious breakfast. The rooms are big, clean and fairly priced. The indoor pool and hot tub are always fun. There is even an arcade.

The staff were phenomenal. So friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared and chatted with us over breakfast or when we were coming in or out. The hot breakfast is also very well done.

I want to thank the staff for their service very friendly and helpful. During my stay I had a medical emergency and they assisted my sister and husband with my room. I wanted to personally say thank you to Mr. Dwight I was there for a funeral and he truly brightened up my day with his conversation every time we ran into each other. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Breakfast was very filling and was surprised by the options available. Thank you again!

Great! But……….
The staff was amazing! Excellent customer service! However the only thing that made my stay unpleasant was that my room had a a very strong smell like wet carpet or wet dog smell that was unbearable. We couldn’t switch rooms because of the size room I had was much bigger and I would have had a smaller room. So I literally had to go to Walmart to get a carpet deodorizer and plug in air fresheners to minimize the strong smell. It seems extreme but the smell was so much worse.
