Breakfast was nothing some hard boiled eggs and stale muffins and bread products property was clean no fridge or microwave in the room but it was ok and the room was clean

Booked a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes, reason for getting a non smoking room was because i have children. Room had missing knobs for drawers Bathroom had wallpaper peeling and curtain rods broken. AC vents were dusty and only 2 outlets in the room which were taken up by the lamps. Breakfast was horrible eggs were super cold and was told use of microwave was not allowed to heat them up. Never again booking here.

Very poor experience
The staff, especially the woman at the front desk, was extremely lazy, rude and unwelcoming. She obviously does not like her job and should leave immediately. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a total renovation. There is no way I would stay here again and I don’t recommend it for anyone.

The biggest reason we gave poor rating is because our room had bugs. We came down Tuesday morning and mentioned to the 2 staff members behind the desk, as we found out when we came back we were going to freshen up for dinner and nothing was done. I came down to the desk after finding what looked like a roach and Miesean who was behind the desk immediately switched our room. To me it was unacceptable that nothing was done when we mentioned it in the morning. We have stayed at this property many times before but it has gone down hill. Thank you Miesean for caring no one else cared.

Go somewhere else pitch a tent or sleep in your car. Nothing pleasant. Rude staff. Filthy room(s). I say plural because i kindly and apologetically asked for a different room after i saw the original. Was too tired to bother a 3rd time. Aside from the disgusting room the coffee make didnt hold the filter. The sink was clogged the tv didnt work there was no iron and the breakfast bagel and danish were beyond stale. The coffee was cold. The orangees had mold inside!!!! Unfriendly staff were shockingly unpleasant.
