Door problems
Our room, the bathroom door would stick, and it was hard to open and closed. The sliding glass door to the patio was extremely hard to open and at times felt as if was going to fall off the track. Other than that, the stay was good.

Everything was well maintained. They swapped out our towels and washcloths without us asking. It seems like less hotels do that. Would’ve been nice to have breakfast included. The different variations of flavored water was a nice touch.

I’ve stayed here and liked on several occasions. Nice size place with wide hallways and fairly large rooms. However slightly disappointed this time. The place was clean as always but starting to show its age and a bit of an ant 🐜 infestation which was odd considering we were on third floor. Price is right though and will give it another try.

Close to Busch Gardens, hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient to some dining options outside of the hotel.(hotel breakfast was on the expensive side-$19 per person)

At first glance the property is very nice. Upon entering the hotel, we noticed how open, bright and alluring the entryway and foyer presented. When we got to our room, it appeared clean and smelled fresh. As we were settling in, I pulled back the covers of one bed and there was a very obvious blood stain on the sheets. I pulled back the covers of the second bed and found that it had not been completed made up. Only a top sheet was covering the mattress, no fitted sheet. Additionally the tv in our room was very pixelated when watching regular channels, and would sometimes not show a picture with the sound. We signed into Netflix and the tv worked fine. Thr Front Desk was notified of these issues. Maintenance came for the tv quickly but he could not resolve the issue. He was very pleasant, and said he would put in a ticket. As for the beds, we had to alert the front desk more than once on the issue and they sent someone to change the beds shortly after. Management was apologetic and comped us breakfast for the next morning. Management and the Front Desk staff handled the issues and were very understanding. All other hotel staff we interacted with were also very pleasant. Everyone greeted us with a smile. This helped us have a better stay.

Room was clean and everything worked properly. Just didn’t like the fact that there was a charge for everything from parking to a bottle of water. Paid almost $40 for two people to eat breakfast at the hotel and have actually had better continental breakfast at other hotels for free.
