Christmas town stay
Beautiful and spacious lobby area with two fireplaces. Less than one mile from Busch Garden. Close proximity to restaurants and activities. Shuttle ride to park etc for a fee per person. Negative: the hotel charges $12/night for parking.

Property was convenient. We attended an event in the Ballroom, which was very nice. Room was basically comfortable and clean. No free coffee in lobby, which is a nice feature to have. Had difficulty using coffee machine in room.

Very nice hotel with lots of space. Unfortunately, we could hear much of the conversation, noise, music, etc. from other rooms. Restaurant should have remained open New Year's Eve for folks who needed a bite to eat. Lighted makeup mirror in bathroom. No good place provided to apply makeup anywhere in the room.

We stayed two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we requested extra towels and they came right away. Service was nice. It had a games area for kids which the kids liked. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Checked in late and stood there 10 mins waiting on someone to check us in!!! They charged my card twice they charge for parking and ASSUME that you have your car at the property. Guy said, well how else would you get here?” Well there is an airport nearby.. so a shuttle or uber!

Stayed in December 2024. Very convenient for visitors to Busch Gardens. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Unfortunately, Room 314 was very noisy. Something that sounded like a generator was on outside our room all night, and a construction/maintenance crew was sawing or planing above/below our room at 8 AM.
