At the other end of the porch is an outdoor dining area that seats 6. As you enjoy a meal or card game together, you'll have views of fields and cherry orchards.
Going through the front door, you'll find original woodwork and maple floors and large windows on every wall bringing in lots of natural light. To the left is a dining area that seats 6 and includes a built in bar (beverages not included), a window seat, and a table set for chess. To the right is a cozy living room with leather furniture and a 75-inch smart tv. The built in bookcases enhance the timeless atmosphere.
The kitchen is set up for a home-cooked meal, with a natural gas stove, plates and dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, and south-facing windows for plenty of light. At the back of the house is a laundry space with a high-efficiency smart washer and dryer. You'll also find a bathroom with standup shower. There is a bedroom on the main floor, set up as an office with two desks, each ready with a standup desk perfect for catching up with work projects while you travel. This room also offers a full sofa bed.
As you walk up the wide, winding staircase and emerge into a large hallway with entrances to three bedrooms (all with original birdseye maple flooring) and a full bathroom. Bedroom one provides a king-sized sleep number bed, a large closet, and an attached half-bathroom.
Bedroom two offers a queen-sized canopy bed, a cozy dark green interior, a writing desk, a comfy chair for reading, and a large closet.
Bedroom three provides a twin bed, writing desk, and large closet.
Outdoors, you can relax in the hammock. To welcome the night or warm up after a day on the lake, you can build a bonfire with full west-facing views to catch the sunset.
The property is rimmed by birch, walnut, and maple trees, and offers plenty of space for parking.
