Super clean and awesome communication
The owner was very quick at responding, and willing to alleviate any concerns immediately. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The inside had many cosmetic upgrades. There were a few minor broken things (toilet paper holder broketoilet lidtttoilet lid

Nice house, close to trails
One end of the neighborhood is sketch, other end is nice. People were nice to us in both ends.

Hatfield and McCoy trails
My husband and I chose this VRBO because of its location in the heart of Hatfield and McCoy trails and because they allowed our dog to stay there as well. Given the home has 6 beds, it was a bit large for us since we only had 2 persons and dog. LOL! The home is situated in Williamson, which is not a wealthy town by any means, but the people were all soo friendly and kind to us during our stay, including Charlie and his wife, Michelle! There are eating places close by and we even found a park for our dog to get some exercise in! The deck on this home has a beautiful overlook of Williamson. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view in the morning and evening hours. We did have a storm come through one night that pulled the umbrella out of its base stand and knocked our internet and cable service out. We called Charlie and he dropped by shortly thereafter to check on the damage. It was great to meet him in person. He cared about our stay and wanted to be sure our needs were taken care of. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

Landfill
The house is pretty nice for what you pay for a night. The basement shower is terrible. It is smaller than a camper shower and you have absolutely no room to even wash your hair or body. The outside deck is unsafe to be used as it is falling off the house. Safety scale 0-10 I would rate (1) so don’t plan on having a family gathering out on the deck. (Parking) looks like a lot in the pictures but not so much once you get there. We had 5 trucks and definitely was out of room. The neighbor hood you stay at is rough looking.one house directly beside you looks like a landfill and has a dog that never shuts up and the house on the other side is definitely a drug house.

Memorial day weekend
Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.
