We happened to arrive when a large group was in town and it was the loudest hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We will the management would have stepped in.
We enjoyed the stay. The gym was great for what we needed. The breakfast and the lady making sure the breakfast was prepared and ready was so sweet. The bed and room were excellent. The only issue was no iron in the room but that was fixed.
Really easy check in. Staff is super nice! Lots of kids downstairs having a big time just being kids, was a little loud so she put us on the 3rd floor since we were tired from the long drive. Will be back!

The room was great - the beds were comfortable and the couch folded out to a bed -a small double
I would say the bedding was a bit stained but they were clean, as was the rest of the room.

Loud Music & Kids Running/Jumping & screaming all night till 2am in the morning
The hotel itself is nice and clean. The room was spacious with a sitting area and couch which made the room more open and relaxing. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very busy but had plenty of seating and was above average as far as continental breakfast go. Tip would be to make your waffle as you are in line as the line can be long.
The area has a Walmart right around the corner. The Ark is about 12 mins away. Hansies Flip close by has a great burger!
I gave it 4 stars because the front desk didn’t have bad customer service but definitely not good either. Even though they are nice enough they make you feel as if you’re bothering them asking a simple question for towels. And not welcoming at all. I’d say step up the front desk service and this could be a great hotel.
Our stay was amazing, and the Front Desk ladies were super. I would also like to shout out the lady who ran the breakfast. She did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Our only complaint is we needed the use of 2 baby cribs (pack and play). One had no mattress and had a pokey object sticking up thru the base. The 2nd P&P smelled terrible of urine and was extremely dirty. It stunk so bad that we had to leave them in the hallway. We told the desk girl the next morning but she had no concern for it. Hopefully they were thrown out.
Didn’t catch the name of the night girl that checked us in but she was exceptionally kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Oh and breakfast was TOP NOTCH!!
