You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
KURPARK MAISONNETTE WILLINGEN ***** MOST REVIEWS - 2 BALCONIES - NL OWNER
The property has the best possible location directly on the Kurpark and is rented by us on a limited scale. We are the Dutch owners.
Within 3 minutes you can walk to the bakery for fresh sandwiches (whether or not invested). Within 3 minutes you are at the nicest restaurants. Within 7 minutes you can walk to the swimming paradise and the ice rink. Within 7 minutes you are walking to the gondola to go up with skis, mountain bike or dog. The supermarket is 6 minutes walk or 1 minute by car.
The home is modern and has a wonderful lounge sofa, which you will not often find at a holiday destination. Our experience was that a couch in a house is always too small and causes back pain, so we arranged that first.
The property has a fixed and fast internet connection. This almost never occurs in a German holiday home. Either there is no wifi, or you have to log in with other neighbors at a German "hotspot" and that is extremely slow and regularly not working. With us, therefore, no problem because the home has its own secure connection (own subscription) that no one else can.
In the morning you can enjoy fresh bread from the German bakery (5 minutes walk from the house) on the balcony in the sun. At the end of the day you can relax on the lounge sofa or take a bath.
The bathroom not only has a bathtub but also a separate shower. This hardly ever occurs in the German apartments. Usually it is one or the other. There is a large boiler unit, so no problems with cold water.
You sleep in comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an Eastborn Boxspring bed. The 2 other beds have wonderful mattresses and are 200 cm long. The master bedroom even has air conditioning. This is nice when it is hot in the summer. Just before sleeping, you can cool the bedroom if desired. The bedroom also has blind curtains for when you do not want to wake up to the outside light.
The Maisonette is in a modern villa and is very well maintained by the owners. There is a manager who carries out the maintenance. If snow falls, access to the property and parking is regularly cleared by the manager.
If you rent more than a week you will receive a discount. In addition, everyone who comes to our home a second time or more often receives a regular customer discount. We preferably have a small group of loyal tenants.
