The property could have used some curb appeal. Breakfast was noted when booking only to be told afterwards the didn't serve. False advertisement. Grab and go is not breakfast.

It was convenient but you get what you pay for. It has all the basics. Breakfast is a grab (prepackaged food like muffins, etc) and go and coffee with early hours. Overall clean room. They are very close to an Applebees which is nice for a very short walk.

Staying in my car would have been a better option. The rug and AC vents reeked of mildew. Beyond upsetting as U have asthma. I couldn't bare to be in the room and left my 2 night stay earlier. What a shame. Came for parents weekend at Delaware and this place was beyond my worst nightmare. All the other parents I met at hotel felt the same way.

The room had a musty smell to it. There was black mold on the walls and ceiling. Stains on the little couch in room. When we opened the door in the morning there were heroin needles outside. Beer cans all over. On the plus side they did refund our money.

Besides the place being dirty! We left our room for the day only to come back and find our door left open. Leaving all of our personal items wide open for others to help themselves to. When I addressed management their only reply was well it couldn’t have been left open by us no one was in your room! Oh really no one was in our room then how were our towels replaced and trash removed ? They were more concerned on being right rather than excepting their wrongs. Very unprofessional response. Not one person I spoke to on sight were happy with their accommodations also.. don’t stay here!! I wish I hadn’t wasted my money

The lobby has a bad smell, my room had the worst musty smell ever. The carpet was dirty, the linen had a musty smell also. The stairwell leading to the rooms were disgustingly dirty. I would never stay there again, it should be condemned.
