Good welcome as usual, very efficient and cheerful shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and return next day. Hotel main areas had a refurbishment this year and looks very clean and pleasant. Rooms clean but a little worn but that keeps the price down almost half of the chain 'airport' hotels.

The unique feature about this hotel was the quality of customer service and the warm welcome on arrival, especially in an airport hotel. The staff were a credit to the company. The shuttle service was clean, prompt and very welcome!!Yes parts of the property were a little dated and in need of some attention but it was still comfortable and quiet. Would always be my first choice from now on. Thank you for a much needed quiet and comfortable stay.

You get what you pay for
Wanted a cheap overnight sleepover before going on holiday and flight from Manchester airport. No problem with the room basic but expected for the price. Spoilt by noisy neighbours and guests who don't know how to shut doors quietly. You get what you pay for! Free overnight parking and 10 mins to airport.
