It's location is perfect for early flight. Took ages to check in, only one bottle of water in room for three of us. The room needs any update and bathroom is below standard. Convenient but disappointed.

Was upgraded. Had a beautiful room. I arranged a wake up call, with the very kind and considerate lady at check in. She was a warm friendly person. A credit to the hotel. I cannot recall her name. She was originally from Thailand. She arrange my wake up call, which I changed. Regretably I did not receive my wake up call. This was the only negative part of my time at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson - check-in and check-out were very quick. Great ambience inside the hotel and very clean. Rooms were excellent complete with both bath and showers. Comfortable bed, television, tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of room in the wardrobe to hang up your clothes. The Health club was excellent - well equipped gym, swimming pool along with both a steam room and sauna. All the staff we encountered were very professional friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again - perfect start to our holiday.

Very friendly staff
On arrival it took a while to check in because of a big queue who were there for a conference. Apart from that my stay was excellent, when I did get to check in, the receptionist, a trainee, apologised for the hold up, she was very polite and helpful, the same with the chrck out staff. It isnt my first visit and I have always found the entire hotel staff very friendly.

Perfect way to start our holiday early.
We stayed here the night before our holiday as we had an early flight. The hotel is an easy walk to the airport and we were able to do twilight check in which was so convenient. From check in to check out the service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

When we initially checked in the member of the team was very unhelpful we asked about parking near the hotel as my husband is disabled. He gave us the incorrect information and did not log that we paid for the parking and have subsequently received a fine which we are trying to get resolved as we did pay.

The only ‘down’ thing was that there was no view from the window, just a sort of canopy next to a building. Otherwise all was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were particularly welcoming.

The lobby area with the bar is so nice, but once we were in our way to the room which was a trek, the carpets were nasty, there were stains, garbage on the floor and didn’t smell the best. Our room had stains on the floor and one chair. The bed sheets had two black hairs and a sticker for king sheets on it. The shower fluctuated between hot and cold, and to top it off, the hair dryer was broken. I tried three different outlets.
