I booked same day online. Published smoking room NONREFUNDABLE. Got to hotel and was told no smoking in rooms. Feel like bait and switch Couldn't get refund and couldn't smoke in room, as advertised.

I did not like the simple breakfast. This continental breakfast should be clear when making reservations. I was looking for just a little more to eat, but I felt deceived with breakfast description. Everything else was ok.

Place was a run down dump. Front desk was nice but gave me an unmade room then when I complained she tried to give me a smoking room despite reservation was for non-smoking room. Even tries to argue upon showing the reservation. Was giving a room but it was made but dirty.

Block party going on all night !

Multiple rooms were yelling/talking, running up and down halls, playing LOUD music with doors open until 11:30 at night. It felt like a block party. At 4:30 am, people were knocking on doors and waking up others. I believe these were ppl living at the hotel and treating it like apartments with no regard to other guests staying at the hotel. Was very uncomfortable leaving the rjoom even to go to breakfast in morning. Small room with coffee pots and bagels for breakfast - 2 tables. I guess you get what you pay for but will not stay here again.

This is a great place usually, unfortunately I have to give a bad review because I had book a stay two months before my arrival to have arrived. When I arrived I was informed my booking was cancelled and there was an email sent a week after my booking with the cancellation without any kind of follow up or phone call given even though it was used to make the reservation on line. I had to make other arrangements for myself and my family which was terribly Inconvenient, but it’s now in the past

STAY AWAY TRASHY PLACE

Absolutely horrible ... upon arriving there were beer bottles on the sidewalk next to the door several intoxicated men hanging around outside and stumbling (one basically being carried) another man walking around with bottle in hand holding onto a very scantily clad woman .. the room smelled funky (smoking room didnt smell like smoke) the bed sheets were itchy the toilet kept flushing itself throughout the night (i didnt get much sleep) the second room we booked sounded like someone banging on the wall then knocking at the door could be heard around 230 am .... we stayed one night of the two reserved my family would not go back the second night to stay had to forgo the rest of our trip and come home early hotel staff was not helpful in any way to resolve the problem

Nothing was clean except the sheets. Dirty bathroom, dirty windows, even dirty light switches. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub had cigarette burn marks on it.

We booked a queen size bed and got 2 doubles. I went to the front desk and told them i had the wrong room and they said they had been renovated to 2 doubles. The bathroom wasnt renovated and nasty. I booked another hotel, and when i was checking out the lady said you booked a smoking queen right and i said yes. She then asked if it had to be smoking, i said no and suddenly they had a queen bed. I told her we already booked another hotel and canceled our reservation. It smelled bad, very noisy, music blasting across the hallway in the short time we were there.

By far worst place I've stayed I guess you ask for non smoking it just means you don't smoke cigarette burn holes in blanket. It was dirty and smelled awful. And the guy that checked me in spoke broken English until he go so frustrated with me that all of a sudden he spoke perfect English

The check in waa interesting.i was told that i would charged 50 dollars as a hold for ensentdentals.i was told that until i arrived.people kept making noice until 10 pm and someone kept knocking on our door looking for 'michael".overall the room was okay.

Room wasn't downright dirty but not totally clean either. Outer doors not locked and anyone can enter. Noticed couple people hanging around outside that didn't seem to belong.what appeared to be long term occupants very noisy.
