Very good

The reviews previous may well be during a peak season. We visited in October. The room was dusty, riddled with cobwebs. Tears in the lino in the bathroom, no hot water in the sink, but electric shower delivering hot water. Expectations of breakfast were not the supplied Quakers poridge oat pots. With a lettle that had not been descaled in a fair while.
My daughter had to navigate a huge beam in the upstairs portion of the barn conversion as the bed closest to the stairs. Was loose and rocking.
The mould on the windows and the numerous spiders resulted in a distressed teenager that marred our experience.
I think the place has excellent potential however really under delivered.
Ben and his team were brilliant. It's not easy to find a family room in this area and The Dolphin offered a quirky yet very convenient base for us over the weekend.
