Likes: Good location. Clean. Parking. Friendly Staff Dislikes: Late check-in at 3pm (we were there early an weren't able to arrange early check-in prior to arriving) and 11am check out. Didn't get any time to use the spa. The information in the room said the spa didn't open until 0930.

Fabulous hotel very close to the centre of Winchester. This is a great location for exploring Winchester and surrounding areas. An easy walk to the city centre shops and restaurants. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Staff super friendly. There is parking on site but it is limited and paid for. Public parking is available in front of the hotel. We didn’t have time to use the spa sadly but overall really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Well appointed hotel with spa facilities. Had a good massage. Breakfast varied and good value. Staff personable and friendly. Great location to station and city centre with lots of eating/ drinking options.

Great hotel friendly staff
Comfortable room well appointed, nice ambience in the main hotel clean and modern. Leisure centre was great and a good addition to the hotel facilities. Food was good ate in the evening good selection on the menu. Breakfast food was provided and a great selection for all tastes.

The shower drainage was slow and left sitting water that smelt. They tried to fix it but not perfect. As we only had 2 days left we didn't bother to say anything. Everything else was perfect.

One night stop over
The hotel is in the middle of Winchester and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the hotel was lovely. The lighting in the bedroom was surprisingly low which would be great if you were on a romantic break! The spa was lovely and we enjoyed using all the facilities. We were a bit disappointed with the cushions on the sun loungers, know of which were very clean but overall a very pleasant stay.

Perhaps gets it's 4 starts because of the spa? 3☆?
The approach to the hotel isn't good! Through the public car park, past the public toilets. The room had a few cobwebs, bathroom fittings loose. Looking a little tired.
