Great Hotel
Extremely helpful staff and well equipped room. Only negative was the electric car charging point needed a cable. Perhaps this could be mentioned on the website/booking process. It wasn't a major issue for me as I had enough charge to find somewhere else but could be a problem for others, so not a complaint just a bit of feedback

Great stay, really good location and was perfect for travelling with the dogs. Beautiful garden at the back with the patio opening onto it so really convenient for the dogs. Great room with good facilities. Clean and very friendly team there. Would definitely go back

Enjoyable But with a But
Myself and my wife had a 2 night stay in a Studio room. The Room was modern and clean with a nice comfy king size bed and the overall building is lovely but When booking we had the impression that a kitchenette would have cooking Hobs but it only had a Microwave, Toaster, kettle, which was a big disappointment as my wife is Celiac and I would have liked to cook a nice breakfast for myself and wife as it is difficult for her eating out. This is the reason we book apartment hotels. I think that the studio room Was over priced for what we received. I did speak to the nice young lady there and did tell her that I was going to say this in my review so it will not be a Surprise. On a final note, we did enjoy our stay but with a little let down.

The hotel does not have Air conditioning. A lot of spiders were found in one of the rooms which was not used at all the first night of the stay.

Fabulous accommodation
Rented the superior studio, it was first class. Super-clean throughout, very spacious room with uber-comfortable king size bed. Tv included a Bose soundbar which was a great addition. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs - just enough for what we needed. Location is great - very quiet around the hotel but less than 10 mins walk into the centre of Windermere town. Would definitely recommend.

It did exactly what it said on the tin.. Clean modern room, perfect for a night/nights stay. Only took me 10 minutes to walk to the harbour, but buses go along the main road 1 minute away regularly anyway.

Excellent and charming renovated period buildinh with very responsive communication before and during stay. 15min walk from train station and business terminus and 10min into town center. Beautiful and serene garden and patio. Quality of the rooms and amenities are high/new. ‘Kozy’ rooms are best for short stays as they are truly cozy, especially sinks in the bathroom. For long stays, chose a regular/double.
