Private en-suite bedroom in the heart of Windermere, only a two-minute walk from the train and bus station, supermarket, shops, bars, pubs and restaurants.
Also, the neighbouring town of Bowness is only one mile away, where you can find Lake Windermere, the Beatrix Potter museum and various other shops, bars and restaurants.
For safety concerns, the windows in each room are non-operable due to the building's proximity to the main road and ground-level rooms facing the pavement.
Children (under the age of 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets must not be left in any room unaccompanied and should be supervised at all times.
The Neighborhood:
Windermere is where you will find an array of café’s, bars, restaurants and quirky independent shops. Closest of all is the well-known Home Ground café, renowned for being the best place to brunch in the whole of the Lake District.
Exploration and brunch over, it is then time to head down to Lake Windermere, found on the shores of equally iconic Bowness-on-Windermere, where you can again find more fantastic shopping and a thriving cafe and bar culture for you to enjoy. Rounding your afternoon off, take a leisurely walk along the glebe or, if you're feeling more adventurous a boat ride on one of the many lake cruisers, alternatively, hire a private boat for a more personal experience and live out any sea fairing pirate fantasies you might have had as a child.
