Staff was friendly and accommodating, Debbie is very friendly & made sure the rooms were spotless 😊 breakfast is very good with lots of variety. I liked they offered reg & decaf coffee in the lobby. Rates were reasonable. Fridge was little too cold turned it down and still everything froze. Beds & bedding are very comfy makes for restful nights.

Great stay, our only issue when we checked in was the fact we had booked 1 suite for 3 adults and 2 children (mum, dad 2 teenage daughter and a neice) when we arrived we got shwn to 1 room which only had a king bed and a sofa bed, i went down to speak to reception as 3 teenagers would not be able to comfortably fit in the bed together, then we gotnoffered another room (queen suite which we preferred) but got told its the main bed a sofa bed then the 5 th person is expected to sleep on the floor!!! The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, luckily we had another room booked we could send the teeneagers to! Also there was not a great deal of light in the room. BUT the hotel its self and staff are all amazing and will definitely be back and would recommend! :D

The carpets in the hallways and our room were stained and need a good shampoo or replacement. Also, the sofa and ottoman in our room had very questionable stains.

Upon entrance there were a number of sightless issues. Entrance was dirty, glass was not cleaned and entrance was cluttered giving limited space for carrying luggage or pull luggage as one door was not feasible to use. Lobby was general, clean, small but quant. Upon the elevators opening it was extremely dirty. Major stains on carpet, walls were terrible dirty. Upon entrance of hallway it was better and clean. Entrance of room was okay, bathroom was not clinically clean, meaning remaining hairs from previous client along with floor carpet again was not maintained. They need to shampoo the rugs and remove the carpet in elevator to ensure cleanliness upon first sight to the hotel. It’s about first impressions and that was very disappointing. Outside of the cleanliness of the hotel the staff was extremely kind and courteous. Breakfast was good, weekend they only use small area but come Monday they opened the entire room which I found less congested and clean. It’s all about perception of a property and they should just keep the entire area open. Easier to clean and more room instead of waiting for other to get by you in order to fill your plates. The manager is working and sleeping at property mainly due to lack of staff, poor guy but he was very kind and attentive to the clients as I watched him replenish foods in buffet. I commend him for his passion to this hotel and hope they give me accolades he deserves along with Linda the room attendant along with Red, front desk agen

It cost $20 to check in 2 hours early. It was $180 for one night including that $20... this hotel just isn't worth that money. We heard our upstairs neighbour clomping around until 4am. The window was so dirty we couldn't stick our suction cup blinds on it. Waterslide was fun though, and breakfast was decent.

Housekeeping was bad, no facial tissue, hair blower not working, washroom not excellent. This is the only hotel that we’ve visited that charges extra if you check in early or late.

Not a caring property
On Saturday evening I found bugs in my bathroom. I got the staff to come see. One staff used tissue to kill them and said I think they are fruit flies, to which I said they are not flying. I asked for a different room and was told they could not accommodate me. I did not sleep well because of this and when i went to the bathroom during the night, thete were bugs. On closer look, I determined the were ants. I am very unhappy that the staff at this property did not care that I had to share my room with bugs. I will nevere stay there again, and I feel Hotels.com should not offer this property as an option in Winkler, Manitoba, Canada.

one of the cleanest hotels I have been in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the carpet in the elevator was dirty. They should remove and use sheet vinyl instead.
