Service was very good. Room was clean. Had tto put a pillow over the bright red and blue LEDs on the tv and power adapter at eye level. Blackout curtains did not meet when closed and I had to use an ice bucket to hold them in place. Appreciated the lack of strong fragrances, which cheaper hotels use to mask odors.

Oversold our room type, so had to share a bed with my mother! Walls are paper thin so I could hear everything my neighbors were saying and even snoring. Uncleaned and sanitized bathroom and shower, other peoples hair in our shower and around toilet, that was still there after they supposedly cleaned the room, obviously no vaccume as it would Of gotten the glob of hair in the corner of bathroom, mom stepped on glass in room, very small piece but again didn’t clean! First room they put us in was practically raining from window to wall, staff seamed not to care to much as when I let them know of the issues, and came back the next day a 1:30 my room was still not cleaned, so we left a day early! Stayed another night at another Marriott and was 120pervent better, cleaner and a good breakfast! This place breakfast was weak, short hours and not a variety like these hotel usually offer.

Had no issue with the property itself, but the manager was very rude when we asked if we could be provided a room with 2 queen beds instead of one king. He said no with annoyed face, he said “that is why you never book through a third party, next time book through Marriott” his name is Theo.

Nice Hotel, But a Few Surprises Await! We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Winnemucca, Nevada last night, and while it’s a nice, newer hotel, there were a few things that gave us some memorable moments—though maybe not the kind we expected! First off, the room was clean (mostly), spacious, and had a walk-in shower with a pretty great showerhead. Kudos for that! However, the sliding door on the shower sounded like it was auditioning for a horror movie—it scraped loudly every time we moved it. Minor fix there, I’m sure. Now, about the bathroom… It had this lovely “sewage chic” aroma that lingered. We couldn’t quite figure out where it was coming from, but it was a little hard to ignore. Oh, and there were no tissues in the room! Maybe they were hiding? I checked everywhere. The kicker: we found a pair of men’s underwear on the floor by the bed. I’m assuming they weren’t a complimentary gift from the hotel? I left a note on the ground sotheyd be sure to find them before the next guests arrrive. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking, though no EV charging, which is something we hoped to see in such a new hotel. Breakfast was decent, but they ran out of coffee (I know, tragic!) and didn’t refill it. For some of us, that’s an emergency situation! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk clerk was friendly, so no complaints there. But I do have to warn you: the walls and windows are thin—really thin. We were on the first floor and could hear every bit of parking l
