Good place to stay for downtown events
We've stayed here multiple times over the years when attending events at the Canada Life Centre or Burton Cummings Theatre and always had a good stay. Parking is in a convenient attached parking garage and is extra.

Booked this hotel first time for couple nights. No Air conditioning for the first night and they provided table fan. Technician couldn’t fix the next day after several attempts, had to move to different suite next day 5 pm. Coffee machine replaced twice and 3rd one worked. No matter how clean and trendy this hotel was, couldn’t get a decent night sleep.

Pros: * The staff were very friendly and approachable. * The room was very clean, and overall had a nice atmosphere that matched expectations in regards to how it was marketed. * Excellent location and a quick drive to all places A few minor things that I think could have been better: * Wifi kept cutting out while watching Netflix * Showers don’t have shelving to put your own personal items onto such as body wash or shampoo. We placed our stuff on the shower floor. * No pool or hot tub * Purchasing snacks at the lobby is a little pricy
