Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool . A fire pit to unwind. Double Hammock & Enjoy a back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Full kitchen.

* Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)
The space
We’re located at the end of an old very diverse quiet neighborhood built in the 50’s, completely surrounded by woods and only 7 minutes from Downtown, 5 min to I-40 and area hospitals.

This is a duplex style home, there is a full time tenant on the front side of the house and you have full and complete privacy of the Fenced side and back yard.
Guest access
Guests have the full use of the completely private back yard and private parking in the carport with direct entrance to yard and house.
Other things to note
The HVAC is shared and the temperature is centrally located and controlled by a Nest unit.
Summer is set to 68 & Winter is set to 72, please advise if this is not comfortable and will change upon request.

* Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

***We are Pet Friendly and clean extensively after each visit, but if you see a stray dog hair please do not hold against us***

We have an office chair that can be brought in if you need that. Please let us know, otherwise the small chair is there.

Cozy place
The place is cozy with clever designs, such as the coffee table that converts to a dining table. I think Kumi has thought of everything that would make a stay comfortable. Blue H2O is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The bed was comfortable, on the softer side, with very puffy pillows. The hot tub was relaxing. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard as it was rainy and cloudy, but our dogs enjoyed it.

We had an amazing time at this little gem, the location was close to everything we need and in a quiet area. The pet friendly environment house mad traveling with the pups super easy, we would definitely stay again when we come back to Winston Salem. The property owner was easy to contact and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

What a wonderful little place in a good location if you are staying in the Triad. Pet friendly is an understatement. We stayed with our young dog and she loved it. Hot tub was perfect. The kitchen was great and the bed was super comfortable.

We had a great Thanksgiving visit with our son and his. girlfriend in Winston Salem at The Cozy King Blue H2O. Our dogs were not only welcomed there but felt right at home too. This cozy house was perfect for my wife and I along with our 2 fur babies. The yard was great. The dogs had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The house was a very efficient space that suited our every need. Any couple would enjoy themselves here.

This property is great if you're looking for a staycation. It was very clean and well thought out. The backyard area is awesome with a hot tub and firepit. The host has really gone above and beyond to make sure that guests enjoy their stay. I would definitely come again!
