Bring your family and friends together in this spacious 5 bedroom home on Cobbosseecontee Lake. Enjoy water views from just about every room in the home. Start your mornings with the gorgeous sunrise from the first floor patio directly abutting the water, and plan for an epic lunch as you gather together for a lobster bake on the screened in porch off of the second floor living room.
This lakefront home invites you to create fun-filled summer memories that will last a life time and partake in the adventures and joys of one of Maine's most coveted lakes, just as the owners have for over 20 years.
The first floor is comprised of the kitchen, full size dining room, pantry for your favorite summer vacation snacks and meals, bonus space for work or for play, half bath, and spacious living room with sweeping lake views, comfy couches and chairs and all the charm of a Maine cabin.
All 5 bedrooms, the full bath, and the washer and dryer, are conveniently located on the second floor.

Fun weekend
This home is spacious with an antique charm. It offers all the amenities you need. You can enjoy a coffee on the large porch at sunrise while overlooking the water. Or, maybe kayak throughout the day. Our visit was a short stay and this home provided enough for what we needed.

Peaceful on the Lake
The house was very clean and roomy. More bedrooms than we needed. Screened porch was fantastic! We spent a lot of time on the porch playing games and reading. The Heritage Woods neighborhood was very quiet but accessible to everything we needed.
