Hello it was a very unpleasant stay. 1. The sliding outdoor doesn't secure properly. We are located in room 118 adjacent to the parking lot this a safety concern. 2. The TV does not have signal this was a very disappointing for dad. 3. The bathroom vent doesn't work. 4. The room smells. 5. The worse part we were here last year and during check in this time we come to find out that we no longer have access to the water park when it's promoted as such on Expedia.

Average hotel. Most things were good. Carpets could use a good shampooing in the room. Housekeeping didn't clean our room. Front desk didn't answer the phone or respond to the texts you could send them when we tried to reach them for housekeeping. Nothing too major. Had a good time.

Both rooms we got were dirty completely but had new towels we had to leave and ask them to clean them for us after we all got in the room. This was a very run down motel style place you would see in a horror film not a kids resort. No one got sleep as with had an earthquake in the rooms above us and front desk said they would take care of it and never did, went on till 3am. My two kids didn’t even wanna swim till we checked in the next place and the arcade with it’s like 6 games is a joke as well. Don’t stay here they don’t accommodate for there mess ups at all and you are better paying less for a regular hotel.

Given a room key. Checked the room, filthy. Never cleaned. Food scattered on the countertop and floor. Trash never taken out. Beds covered in wet towels. Bathroom a mess.Garbage left everywhere. I feel sorry for the housekeeper who has to clean up this mess.

1st we where in Room 223 a suite which neither TVs worked or the refrig or the Hot tub and the patio door locks had a stick you had to place in it to keep others from walking in and no wash or hand towels in the room and when we opened the door a half full gator aid bottle was on the table in the room calling the Desk takes at least2or 3 mins to get thru,I walk with a walker and on the 2nd floor couldn't get the Elevator to come to the 1st floor after 10 mins of waiting I carried the walker up the stairs only to find the Elevator door pride open witha hugs garbage bag from the cleaning staff I give this motel from hell a rating of 1 at the most 2nd room they put us in thing thing with the patio door no locks worked and the fireplace didnt work or the hair dryer Dont stay here if you want comfort and a good time.and all this for just over 600 dollars for 3 nights LOL.

We read reviews and they were not great but we always give the benefit of doubt so we wanted to try this hotel. Room was clean but was musty smelling. Sheets on bed felt damp but clean. Shower/bathroom were ok but there was like black mold on the hand held shower sprayer and tiles had stains on them. (Not sure if rust, old, or maybe mold) Also, the shower needs some sort of ledge because everytime you showered, the whole bathroom floor would be wet. Having three pools to go to was really nice, especially with all the 3-4 foot areas for younger children to slide down slides and and swim. Everything was quite old and could use updates, lots of rust in pool areas. Pool water was clean and temperatures were just right. One thing I was concerned about was the pool deck/slide outside. The carpet on the deck to get onto the outdoor slide was all full of moss and algae. Could possibly have had mold as well. This is a health concern and should be looked at immediately. You could definitely smell mold and must as you sat outside in pool area. Being an older hotel, they need some updates but definitely should take care of getting rid of any carpet areas that there is a lot of wet traffic on. The mold and moss growing on the steps and sides of the slide were very concerning so I made sure to have everyone wash up really good after using the pool even. Think we will stay at different hotel next time that's in better healthier shape

It was a good location right next to MT. Olympus and Noah’s Ark. the downfall was the balcony was dirty and the carpet was old. And our bathroom door didn’t shut properly and you had to use all your strength to slam it closed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
