Carpets were not vacuumed in elevators nor halls, heat did not work, tv did not work-had to switch rooms, parking lot icy, did not see anyone cleaning main areas- garage left on tables, sides doors to hotel were unloacked all night for easy access into the hotel by anyone.

It was okay for an overnight stay. The one thing we didnt like was at 5am the fire alarms went off in both rooms we had purchased for no reason.

The lady working when we checked in was fantastic. She was so helpful and sweet. Our TV was not working and she gave us new batteries. After that didn’t work she moved us and also made our family that was staying there upgrades, too. She was so congenial to all of us. Fantastic employee!!
