We had a wonderful stay at River Road. It is very low key and offers no amenities and that's ok! We just needed a basic place to sleep. The rate was extremely reasonable, check in was fast and easy and its clear the manager is here to make your stay great. Would definitely stay again!

Best service by the most delightful woman ever
My husband and I made a last minute decision to goto Noahs Arc in Wisconsin Dells on our way back from a concert in Iowa ive never stayed at a motel before this and i was extremely impressed with the room,location and price of room especially for absolute last second. But what impressed me the most was the service the woman in the office is absolutely delightful, such a sweetheart and so extremely helpful we both just love her so much so that instead of staying at mt Olympus or Kalahari like usual were coming back to stay here instead. Well see you real soon. Thank you so much.

Worst hotel in the Dells
The property was in disarray, dirty and no hot water and the owner had to go to Walmart to buy us two towels to use an it took over an hr. We then showered at a friends hotel near by. It was by far the worst sleeping experience I have ever had. We ended up asking to be moved to another room that was a lil better but still no hot water or towels. I do not recommend staying here ever :( sadly the owner was super kind but I think she is over her head with this property on her own.

The business claimed their lobby was open until 9 PM. No one was there at 845. Attempts to call and use the doorbell were unsuccessful. We were forced to find other lodging at our own expense. We do not recommend this motel.

This place is good if your getting drunk and need a spot to sleep. Which we were not..we walked in our room, there was garbage on the floor and under the so called beds which are cots with jail mattresses and the thinnest pillows i have ever seen. We got two towels and there was three of us. And didnt have any to give us, also had to wait two hours for hot water to take a shower..this place is crap. I wouldnt even put my enemies here.

Ok stay this time
Had some problems this time with our stay, We gave stayed here before. Had a room confirmation for a king bed and ended up with a room with a full bed. Bathroom door was very hard to shut. We will be back to stay here again, Good place at the right price.
