The open plan living and dining area flow seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area which features a BBQ and outdoor seating.

The laundry includes a combined washing machine and dryer, an Iron with mini Iron board, in addition of a cloth press machine.

There is a generous rumpus upstairs with luxury lounges and a 4K TV.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite, completed with a walk in shower, with a rain shower head. There is a hair dryer provided.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a double bed, specially decorated for children, with built in wardrobes.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes.

The second luxury bathroom has a shower and a modern style bath tub, there is also a hair dryer provided for your stay.

There is onsite parking on the driveway. (The garage will not be used for parking.)

Linen and bath towels are provided. Please BYO beach towels.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage.
There is a safe box which has the key to enter the property.
You will be provided with the pin on the day of your arrival.
Other things to note
Our Marina Oasis is not a party house and we respect our neighbours. We have a no noise policy after 10pm.
We do not accept booking for 'schoolies' or groups under the age of 21.
There is strictly NO smoking and NO pets.
