Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office on 4126 8000 and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

- The property is not serviced during your stay. That is, the guest is responsible for provision and cleaning of bed, bathroom, kitchen, etc. during your holiday.
- The guest is responsible to bring all of their own consumables (i.e. Laundry & kitchen detergent, toilet paper, etc.).
- In the event the said premises become unavailable for occupancy though unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Change of ownership, fire, storm damage, etc.) then the Agent will inform the tenant and endeavor to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy; if a property suitable to the tenant cannot be located, then all moneys paid will be refunded to the tenant.
