Don't let the color on the outside deter you. The inside is completely remodeled and very nice. The breakfast was not much in their offering, but if you don't like a big breakfast it's perfect for you.

Overall cosmetic redo as in carpeting and paint was fresh. Only minor complaint was start - up noise when HVAC unit turned on, but noise was only about 2 seconds. Unit functioned perfectly otherwise and room temp was comfortable throughout our 2 night stay.

Fine for a night...
While the room was clean and updated, the whole feel of the hotel was a bit sketchy. Tucked back off the road in a parking lot, between a car wash and a strip mall, and in back of a Taco Bell. People sitting smoking outside. Eerie feel to the place. No elevators. They offered me a handicapped room right next to the stairs and check in desk. Uh, no. Finally got one a few doors down. Guy at desk was nice enough, but had a very hard time getting my email and room right. Doors were very thin...could easily hear talking in the hall. Fine for a night, but probably wouldn't use it again.

A little rough, but no serious problems.
People hanging out around the rear entrance. Shower head was broken. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. It consisted of either cheap cereal or waffles.
