Woodlane via Mypolonga, less than one hour drive from Adelaide is one of the friendliest towns on the river and one of the better holiday water sport destinations, ready to accommodate a day of fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing or simply relaxing watching the river flow by.

This modern four bedroom home with 2 dining areas, 2 bathrooms and a pool table is situated next to a river side reserve, which hosts a boat ramp, BBQ area and a new play ground for the kids. This offers plenty of room for a game of cricket or football or just to spread out and enjoy the peaceful location.

Or wonder back to the house and sit back on the front decking and enjoy the river life.

Comfortable Stay by the River
Location is very close to river, good for water sports. Beds are comfortable and with the sofa bed and bunk bed there is plenty of room for families to stay. Kitchen is very functional. We had a good time.

Very good place to stay.Calm and quite area. House also very good size. But...... 1. Need a pest control inside and out,.(Spiders on beds also cockroaches) 2. Need more fan in rooms or Air con( Its very hot in night) 3. Bunk bed matress need changed. Springs annoying.

Overall a clean and neat property. Some bedrooms didn’t have blinds and only one split system to heat entire house is insufficient
